Kay Hall founded The K Group in 1990 and brings with her more than 20 years of Healthcare and Human Resources experience. She began recruiting in 1986 in San Antonio, Texas and had previous experience in Human Resources with Johnson & Johnson. Kay derives her nickname from her uncanny ability at the game of golf; she has carded FIVE holes-in-one. The most recent aces were on October 9, 2011 and November 6, 2011.
Michelle Hall
Michelle Hall joined The K Group - the family business - in 1997 after 12 years of singing and dancing professionally. Her enthusiasm and love of the recruiting business has led to her award-winning success.
In 2008, Michelle was ranked #6 out of 275 First Interview recruiters.
Tom Hall III
Tom Hall rejoined The K Group in 2008 after six years in the B2B and Pharmaceutical sales arenas.He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and was a Grand Prize Winner on Wheel of Fortune in 2001. Tom married his high school sweetheart in May 2011. He has two boys and is a huge sports fan.
Michael Cardwell
Michael Cardwell is the Operations Manager for The K Group.He is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Mathematics.Michael handles our database, billing, accounting, and reports.He recently hit a 360 yard drive and is a former champion of the Oakridge Country Club Member-Guest Golf Tournament.
